Molds are tested and validated by our qualified process technicians with state-of-the-art microprocessor-controlled molding machines of Engels, Dr Boy, Toshiba and Ferromatic Milacron up to 350-ton capacity.
The molds are shipped to the customer after pilot lot production, with optimized process parameters to achieve the desired quality and productivity.
